Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your POP JUMP inflatable. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. 

Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging

  • All accessories (blower, stakes, storage bag) must be included

  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or assembled inflatables

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Refund Process
Once the return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and charge a restocking fee: 

    (Up to 20%) Items returned within the 30-Day window that are NOT in NEW condition in original packaging
    (Up to 20%) Items returned outside of the 30-Day window (in NEW condition)
    (Up to 50%) Items returned incomplete with multiple parts or boxes missing or used
    (Up to 70%) Items returned in unusable condition (ex. Used, Damaged, Missing Pieces, Not in Original Packaging, etc.)

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your inflatable arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right — fast.
